Cavendish Game Birds produce all natural quail in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Brothers Bill & Rick Thompson selectively breed the quail to be robust and tender.
Their birds average 7 ounces, 25% larger than other quail. This weight is achieved in less than 7 weeks which results in tender eating quality.
Absolutely no growth hormones or stimulants of any kind are used.
